Absolutely!  AFX ships worldwide via our carrier or yours, Ex-works or CIF (minimum order requirement).  If you only need a few boxes, request a distributor.  If you want to stock, request an application to distribute.

We’ll be honest, “Maybe.”  There are any number of issues that could cause a change in your airflow or an undesirable outcome in your system.  Fortunately, we have some experience in that area.  So go ahead and shoot us your issue.  If we can’t figure it out, we’ll at least try to point you in the right direction.

That one’s easy.  We’ll fix it!  If your filter was damaged in delivery, note the damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves and shoot a picture over to your distributor.  If your carrier leaves before you can note the delivery receipt, just gather as much info as you can.  Your distributor will relay your message for us and we will replace it.  Note, however, that we need evidence to file claim with the carrier so take a moment to help us help you.  

AFX maintains a minimum inventory stock level and builds to order.  All stock ships in 24 hours, Monday-Friday.  Average lead times when out of stock are as follows:

• all common parts:  3-5 business days
• custom sizes:  5-10 business days
