Company History
AFX Manufacturing was conceived by Shaun Richerson, former Andreae Team, Inc. Production Manager and machinist from 1996-2015. When the Swiss owned company, under new management, took measures to close the U.S. factory and move production to Canada in 2016, Shaun committed to build a better baffle and bring the production of accordion overspray collection filters back home to the U.S.A.

Shaun has since redesigned and built a sleek, more efficient machine, assembled an experienced production crew, and enlisted the help of his former Andreae colleagues. Today, AFX Manufacturing is one of only six manufacturers in the world that produce accordion-style paint arrestors and proud to be the first and only American owned and operated manufacturer of accordion filters.
